Irish Lighthouse – Handcrafted & Dimmable Wooden Lighthouse

A handcrafted wooden lighthouse inspired by the iconic lighthouses of Ireland, individually turned and finished in my Dublin workshop.

Made from ash or beech and illuminated from within by a dimmable light behind frosted acrylic, it creates a warm and distinctive display piece for the home.

Inspired by Irish Lighthouses

Lighthouses have long been an important part of Ireland's coastline, guiding ships safely along the coast and becoming landmarks in their own right.

This handcrafted wooden lighthouse is my own interpretation of these distinctive coastal structures.

Each lighthouse is individually turned from natural timber and finished by hand in my Dublin workshop.

A light from within

Behind the frosted acrylic is an internal bulb that gives the lighthouse its distinctive glow.

The brightness is controlled using a physical dimmer switch, allowing you to adjust the light to suit your surroundings.

The lighthouse is mains powered at 220V, so there is no need for batteries or USB charging.

Inspired by a named Irish lighthouse

Each lighthouse is inspired by a named Irish lighthouse, with its name engraved directly into the slate.

Every piece is unique

The lighthouse is available in ash or beech. As natural timber varies from piece to piece, the grain, colour and character of every lighthouse will be slightly different.

These natural variations are part of the beauty of a handmade piece.
